Dachshund (Wire Haired) - No CC's

As a stand-in judge for both the Wirehaired and Longhaired Dachshunds, I was impressed by the showmanship and presentation in both these breeds. I would like to thank my steward for his professional approach and assistance in the ring.

JD(2) 1 Bubb's Teckelgarth Leap Of Faith. Pleasing proportions, correct coat in very nice condition, good depth, prominent forechest, clean tight shoulder, pleasing head and expression, good bite, moved freely with ample rear drive and retained topline. RBD. 2 Rollinson's Bellavin Invincible At Nosinllor. Strong head and jaw good bite, correct ear set and shape, moved well in profile with retained topline and good tail carriage.

OD(3, 1) 1 Rowe's Boloria's Cadbury's Surprise. Nice overall conformation, pleasing head and expression, clean neck, well laid shoulder, tight elbow, of good length, well muscled, prominent front, level topline, strong parallel rear quarters, movement was lively, true and free. BD, BOB. 2 Rollinson's Bystock Double O Seven At Nosinlor. Two year old dog, satisfactory bite, good front and feet with well laid shoulder, moved well in profile with purposeful movement.

JB(1) 1 Glanville-Biggs' Brimarville Dreamed A Dream. BP. Ten month old bitch with pleasing feminine head and expression, good bite with strength in jaw, well proportioned breast bone, correct placing and lay of shoulder and good feet, once settled movement was free and easy. BP.

OB(3) 1 Rollinson's Nosinllor Artemis. Quality well proportioned bitch, pleasing head and expression, good bite, strong jaw, good length in neck. Sound rear quarters, correct feet, good frontal bone, movement was free flowing and easy, true coming and going. BB. 2 Rowe's Boloria Naughty But Nice. Another quality bitch more compact than first. Lovely head on this bitch with correct bite, strong neck, clean shoulder, moved well with good rear drive and correct tail carriage. RBB. 3 Barney's Mollony On Denise For Romaunt.
