PGD (1) 1 Vine & Baxter's Cishelvine Red Admiral. Young
red with a super harsh coat and just right in the furnishsings. Dark almond
eyes, would prefer earset a little lower, but strong long jaw. Long neck
held correctly flowing into correct fairly level topline and tailset. A
little bit stuffy in shoulder though. Moved quite well.
OD (3) 1 McPherson & Paterson's Fransin Brasillian T P
Panettone ShCM (Imp). Dark brindle who has matured into an impressive
stallion of a dog. I thought his proportions were correct, 2 to 1. Long
conical head with strong jaw. Balanced in angulation. Well pronounced
forechest and good length of keel. Topline fairly level and well ribbed up
with a short strong loin. Good ground clearance. Harsh short coat in good
condition. Moved with drive from rear and extends in front. BD and BOB,
shortlisted in Group. 2 Coverley's Aventine Jamaica Inn. Another great dog,
just not quite as mature as first, but with many of the same qualities in
head, eye, topline and coat. A shade less length of rib but again moved out
really well, parallel coming and going, with drive. 3 Vine's Cishelvine Sea
Swell.
PB (2, 1) 1 Vine's Cishelvine Sandy Shore. Pin wire
dark brindle just starting to show her furnishings on an attractive, houndy
head. Long neck and showing plenty of forechest, her proportions were as
required with good ground clearance. Just a little square over the croup
which affects the shape of her tail a bit. Not too keen on moving but when
she did she was parallel. BP.
JB (2) 1 Paterson & Paterson's Ambieasque Allure. Dark
brindle by the BOB and so similar in proportions, maybe just a smidge
longer. Houndy conical head and long neck, she has a lovely practical front
assembly and the correct fairly level topline, held on the move, where she
was true and active. Front feet could just be a little tighter. 2 Vine's
Gravetye Kiss Me Kate Cishelvine. Sweetest wee face on this attractive red
puppy in super harsh coat. Plenty of front and good proportions, great
feet. Maybe a little overangulated behind and reluctant to move today.
PGB (6, 1) This was an amazing class and I would've
been happy to give each one a first, I had to be very picky. 1 Paterson &
Paterson's Ambiesque Agna- quality dark brindle with a twinkling varminty
look about her with her dark almond eyes and conical head. Lovely neck and
shoulder into flowing, pleasing topline. Well enough off for forechest and
full close feet. Although loin short enough and strong she sometimes looks a
bit over extended which affects how her body proportions seem. Super harsh
coat in good condition. She moved with drive and purpose, strode out well
and true. BB. 2 Coverley's Aventine Dawn Patrol. More compact appearing
brindle with a slightly less harsh but still correct coat, but again, a
super conical head, long neck and correct topline. Balanced fore and aft,
she's a typical and active mover and I really liked her. RBB. 3 Eldred's
Brimarville Honey Bun.
GCB (1) 1 Baxtere's Cishelvine August Breeze. Dark
brindle with brains as well as beauty. Attractive tapering head and dark
almond shaped eyes. Heavier set with plenty of forechest. Close knit, full
feet and a pleasing enough outline. She moved out well with decent stride
and drive.
