It has been 5 years since I have
judged Wires. Size is being kept under control which is a good thing, My
only concern is the hind movement in some, where the length of hock does not
allow for parallel movement, this needs to be watched. Mouths on the whole
were good, I only found 1 level bite, but some exhibits teeth could be
cleaner. Temperaments as usual were excellent. My thanks to Valerie
Phillips for her stewarding and photography skills. Sp Beginners (3) 1
Langridge's Tendrow Elberta 10 months, nice type, pleasing head, good
length of neck, plenty of width throughout, good topline and underline,
moved well, coat could be harsher. 2 Hazell's Romanchi Nooksack at Vraibleu,
16 months, liked his head and eye, good neck, nice quarters, well presented,
no the hind movement of 1. 3 Webb's Beatrice of Wanaby Bay. MPD (1) 1:
Baldwin's Aventine Scotts Bluff, Smart 6 months baby on his own Lovely head
and eye, good reach of neck, good front, feet ok, good under line, well off
for bone, coat still a little soft but that will come with time, moved well,
1 for the future. PD (4,1) 1 Sorensen's Jethard Just jive, brindle with a
good coat, balanced young man, lovely head and eye, good reach of neck,
tight feet, good forechest, good length of ribbing, liked his underline and
topline which he kept on the move, moved with drive. BP, will watch his
progress with interest. 2 Smith's Jethard Two To Tango At Salixian, litter
brother to 1, lovely red with a crisp coat, liked his head and his
mischievous dark eye, good front and tight feet, another with good length
of ribbing, moved well, could do with a touch more weight, just preferred
the overall balance of 1, another to watch. 3 Tendrow Elberta. JD (4) 1
Warren's Wagsford Lincoln, lovely brindle, ip to size 14 months, nice head
and eye, scored on front construction, well off for ribbing, good
quarters, moved well. 2 Lewis-Crooks' Kormeese Luxury Luxor, good size,
black and tan with a lovely crisp coat, looked good stacked, nice length of
ribbing, well muscled, moved well, just preferered the outline of 1. 3: R
Nooksack at Vraibleu. PGD (2) 1 Hastings' Bardings BennyThe Dip, red with a
good coat, pleasing head and neck into good shoulders, ok front, good
ribbing, well off fro bone, moved well. 2: Webb's Bassjoy Take A chance On
Me At Diadene, slightly out of coat, good head and eye, good reach of neck
and quarters, slight higher on the leg, moved well. LD (7,1) Strong class 1
Hastings' Lesandnic Sublimity, a really honest dog without exaggeration,
red with a very harsh coat, Lovely conical head with a dark almond eye,
strong front, tight feet. Good shoulder placement flowing into topline,
moved well, my idea of fit for function, looks like he could work all day,
CC and BOB, father of BP. 2: Moore's Metewand Bogen By The Sea, Brindle not
as balanced as 1, a bit low to ground , good head and eye, Good reach of
neck, posternum goes well back,, well ribbed, well muscled hind quarters,
moved well, close for the RCC. 3 Weatherer's Salixian Levante Via Itsuitzuz.
OD (2) 1 Segersten's Multi Ch Bellomis United Kingdom, Red with a good harsh
coat, conical head and almond eye, good forchest, and tight feet, well laid
shoulders into firem topline, good spring of rib, moved with drive, slightly
taller all through. 2 Rowe'S Boloria Cadbury's Surprise, Choc and Tan,
harsh coat. Pleasing head and eye, good length of neck into well placed
shoulders, kept level topline moved out well with good rear angulations, if
perhaps moving a little to fast at times. Vet D (1) 1 Vine's Cishelvine
Sea Swell, 8 years. In fine fettle, complete dentition, head of correct
proportions, lovely expression, well filled oval front, good length of
ribbing, still moving with drive, harsh jacket. MPB (2) 2 very raw babies, 1
Passey's Upperholt Magnolia Springs To Cagebrook, lovely babe who needs to
settle, Lovely conical head and dark mischievous dark eye, good shoulders,
and feet, nice length of ribbing, alittle loose in front movement but this
will come with time, one to watch. 2 Rowe's Boloria's Forever Foolish,
Lovely pretty girl, pleasing head and eye, good front and shoulders,
balanced topline, good rear angulation, tight coat, moved well. PB (2) 1
Jones and Rowe's Boloria's Arabella, balanced head, again a mischievous
eye, good forechest, tight feet, good shoulder placement, topline and
underline ok. Moved soundly both ways, BPB, Well handled. 2: Boloria's
Forever Foolish JB (6,2) 1 Vine's Gravetye Kiss Me Kate at Cishelvine,
brindle, feminine head and eye, good reach of neck, liked her forechest,
well ribbed, sound bitch all through, moved with drive, close for top
honours. 2: Warren's Wagfords Lydia, Good head and eye, good reach of neck
and well placed shoulders, good forechest, well bodied, good length of
ribbing, moved well, but not with the verve of 1. 3: Davis' Knottsrose
Anemone PGB (3) 1 Smith's, Tendrow Rouge Et Noire At Salixian, Red with a
good harsh coat, feminine head, lovely dark eye, good reach of neck, with
well placed shoulders, good length of ribbing, when the handler relaxed the
lead she moved true with drive, nice bitch. RCC. 2 Baxter's Cishelvine
August Breeze with Hotwire, dark brindle, good head and reach of neck, good
tight feet, nice shoulders, a little short in ribbing, well muscled, not the
hind movement of 1. 3 Wharton's Derochaise Zigana LB (3,2) 1: Vine's
Cishelvine Enigma of the Sea. Sweet feminine, low to ground, dark brindle,
pleasing head, good neck and shoulder placement, nice round well muscled
quarters, with correct tailset , moved with drive. OB (4,1) Excellent class
1: Bates and Maes-Jones, Derochaise Elegancia, Dark brindle, with a feminine
head, dark almond eye, good forechest and good length of upper arm, tight
feet, neck that flows into well placed shoulders, good length of ribbing,
moved with drive, Last time I judged I gave her mother the ticket, 2 peas in
a pod, CC. 2: Warren's Ch Wagsford Florence, Close up to 1, good head
carriage, lovely dark eye, well placed shoulders, good ribbing, and
underline, good quarters, with short hocks, not moving as well as I have
seen her. 3 Rowe's Boloria Naughty But nice
