My first appointment awarding CCs in this lovely breed a super entry with quality in both the male and the female classes. I would like to thank my exhibitors for their entries and to my Stewards Steve and Jill for their help.

1 Vigs Q-RRens-Dax Enzo-Topazo   Smart brindle dog, unfortunately not at all happy on the table so found it difficult to assess him. However, when he moved he did display a very nice profile.BPD

1 Bellamy’s Veenen Onyx ResetinGold at Garjay   Stood alone but worthy of winning the class.  Masculine head, well assembled shoulders neat front moved out well and held a good profile. Presented in a good jacket.

1 Derochaise Black Tarquin  Dark brindle correct head and eye, well placed shoulders a bit short on ribbing but a good steady mover holding his topline. Good jacket Well let down quarters. 2 Derochaise Justified for Cishelvine Litter brother to winner similar comments apply but not quite so confident shown in correct harsh jacket moved well. 3 Belavins illustrious

1 Phillips Wiretaps Here I Am ( can imp )  Red Brindle Lad who really appealed to me displaying all you could want in a show dog he loved his time in the ring almost smiling as he powered around the ring covering the ground with ease. Masculine head held high, correct front and rear angulation which allowed for free movement  DCC &BOB  2 Baxter & Vine Cishelvine Red Admiral Presenting a nice overall picture Sound and true both coming and going away in prime coat and condition. 3 Bliss’ Knottsrose Juniper at Tobenkipt   

OD 8 (1) What a beautiful class of dogs all displaying the quality one would expect.

1 McCalmonts Ch Silvae Farrago  Quality dog with an excellent coat Good head and neck  correct length of body moved so true. lost out in the challenge as I felt he didn’t have quite the sparkle of the DCC winner RCC  2 Phillips ChTendrow replayed in blue overall well balanced dog masculine good front level topline and nice hammy hocks covered the ground with ease adequate ground clearance.  3 Ch Coverlys Ch Aventine Jamacia Inn

1 RollinsonsCh Nollisor Joan Of Arc lovely 7 year old lady beautiful harsh jacket and has not forgotten what she had to do to win the class. Feminine head good reach of neck well laid shoulders moved out so well kept a firm topline stacked and moving.  2 McCalmonts Ch Silvae Mystic ten year old lady with all the elegance that is displayed by the dogs from these kennels she was a delight to go over  and front construction was perfect it was a very hard decision to choose but I felt the winner had a bit more drive and determination today.

1 Bellamy’s Tenrow Dancing Queen with Garjay I fell in love with this girl she was so happy and clearly enjoyed her time in the ring. Correct head eye and ear set, reachy neck flowing into well laid shoulders level topline and well bent stifles to move effortlessly round the ring BPIB and pleased to see she went RBPIS   2 Deans Brontillow Grace Darling another lovely baby  but very much a raw rookie needs to mature and body up and I’m sure she will have a lovely career.

1 Boloras Tiger Lily   A quality bitch who has the makings of a lengthy show career she has a feminine head good eye shape and  lovely reach of neck she drove round the ring with ease providing a good outline. Needs time to mature and body up but does show promise.  2 Pughes  Miss Tamara at Bystock  Another lovely puppy showing great potential, free movement and purpose presented in good coat I thought first had a bit more drive on the move.  3 Tendrow Time N time again

Correct height length ratio, presented in excellent condition and coat moved  well just felt she could have used more drive when moving.  3 Phillips Hototo Swelligant Gal At Tendrow
