I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at their show the weather was just perfect. I had some really good quality dogs to go over, temperaments were excellent, I did however find some dogs with level bites and a bit short in second thigh which restricts the movement .
Wirehaired Dachshunds. VD/B (1.0) 1st Maes-Jones & Bates Ch Derochaise Black Orchid 11yr old Dark brindle bitch in superb condition liked her overall balance and size, super bone and substance ,lovely head and expression good neck and well placed shoulders and spring of rib lovely hindquarters, moves out freely holding her topline. BV
PD (4.1) 1st Framptons Weinacht Larch at Drakkina. Masculine dark brindle dog, lovely head & Expression well placed shoulders & tight elbows, good length of ribbing and well muscled hindquarters won this class on his movement. 2.Osbourne’s Derochaise Vincenzo Di Braego. Larger in type than 1, masculine head & dark eye good length of neck and well ribbed good hammy quarters just loses his topline on the move. 3rd Effer's Greyhayne Hector.
Junior (6.0) I found this a very strong class of males. 1st Phillip’s Royal Peppers Visa Versa (imp Fin), I liked this dog on his overall construction and size , lovely masculine head and well constructed front assembly, well placed shoulders and correct ribbing nice strong hind quarters, just needs to settle on the move 2nd Adam’s Tecklegarth Gatling larger in profile to 1 lovely head and good harsh coat, well placed shoulders and good topline which he held on the move , moved with drive but just playing his handler up today. 3rd Chambers Cishelvine Just a Kiss with Hototo.
PGD (6.0) 1st Stockdales Derochaise Monterey At Fenwires .Black & Tan Male looks lovely when stacked masculine head good length of neck into well placed shoulders, good spring of rib and well angulated quarters moved out well. 2nd Grahams Brumberhill Armstrong. Masculine head and nice dark eye adequate length of ribbing well angulated quarters held his topline on the move .3rd Wills Cicelane Magnus.
LD.(4.0) 1st Adam’s Wyldetarn Shoot From the Hip JW. I like this dog on his style and presence ,a very nicely balanced dog with a super head and well off for bone ,well placed shoulders lovely prominent front and feet, well ribbed and good strong quarters moves with drive, true Fore & aft a dog that’s fit for function pleased to award him the DCC & BOB. . 2nd Smith’s Salixian Eau Rouge. Nice compact dog of correct size , good coat and pleasing outline moved out well. 3rd Vig’s Q-rrens-Dax Enzo Topazo.
.OD (4,0) 1st Wharton's Ch Hooray Henry this is another dog that I like very much has everything in the right place moved out well but today he just didn’t have the drive of my winner pleased to award him RDCC. 2nd Moores & Downes Megline Aramis male of heavier build well off for bone, masculine head lovely length of neck and deep chest well ribbed. Moved out well 3rd Maes-Jones & Bates Derochaise Versace JW.
GC D/B (4.0) 1st Wills Cicelane Magnus fabulous coat in in good condition nice head & Expression well placed shoulders enough length of neck into firm topline, good ground clearance well angulated quarters moved ok. 2nd Langridge’s Calicoe Thank God its Friday. Very immature red Boy longer in length lovely head & Almond eye prominent front & tight elbows nicely angulated rear just needs to fill out unsettled on the move will come with maturity.3rd Foglia Kentixen Abies Grandis.
PB (7.0) 1st Pughe & Frasers Greyhayne Harriet at Bystock a very nice well balanced bitch feminine head & good eye lovely length of neck, nice tight elbows prominent forechest good spring of rib and strong quarters giving her plenty of drive please to award her BP.2nd Phillip's Tendrow Turns the Right Page. Loved this red Bitch on size and shape very much a raw baby well off for bone Beautiful head & expression, good front assembly nice tight elbows and well angulated quarters still a little unsettled on the move this will come with age .3rd Dean’s Mocha Surprise for Brontillow.
JB (3.0) 1st Clayton-Smiths Cairparavel Kiss From a Rose lovely elegant girl that has style, feminine head and dark eye , strong neck into well placed shoulders good front and feet. Lovely spring of rib and keel well back well muscled quarters moved freely true fore & aft .2nd Sanders Knottsrose mystique Different type to 1, feminine head of good proportions , prominent forechest and nice tight feet well ribbed back well muscled quarters just preferred the movement of 1. 3rd Wheelers Waggington Aurora.
PGB.(4.0) 1st Smith’s Salixian Tea for Two. Liked this bitch on her size and shape good coat feminine head good length of neck and spring of rib and well angulated quarters best mover in this class moved out well. 2nd Sanders Knottsrose mystique. 3rd Clayton-Smiths Cairparavel Lilac Wine.
LB (6.0) this class had some nice quality bitches that could easily change places. 1st Seaths Sunsong Keep a Promise loved this girl on her size and overall balance, length to height ratio lovely head and expression correct front and rear assembly good length of ribbing well muscled quarters moved out freely with drive, holding her topline on the move and when stacked pleased to award her the BCC .2nd Gibson's Allfreys Helena. Another quality bitch of correct size, nicely balanced looked a picture on the stack everything in the right place just a little unsettled today but moved out well. RBCC .3rd Curruthers Stanegate Catherine wheel.
OB (3.0) 1st Wharton's Greyhayne Black Velvet. In great coat and condition nice head and eye well placed shoulders ,good length of ribbing and firm topline , just enough rear angulation looks good in profile and moves out well. 2nd Seaths Nor Ch Gando Av Larhjelm ( imp Nor) longer in length than 1 attractive head and good depth of body ribbing well back good angulation front and rear. Moved out well 3rd Prior Coopers Silvae Keynote.
