I would like to thank the Lancashire and Cheshire club for inviting me to judge this variety for the first time. Overall the quality shone though, all dogs were showing in good condition well-muscled and maintained. I tip my hat to you all on dealing with the coats on this variety. I found the bitches overall to outweigh the dogs in quality and would quite happily take all of my main winners’ home.  

Veteran Dog or Bitch (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: HOWLETT & PROWTING Boloria Arabella- A true show girl who has a pleasing outline she travelled over the ground freely. Typical head and eye good front assembly and feet. Enough ribbing. BVIB
2nd: VINE Derochaise Justified for Cishelvine – Handsome hound head , good mouth and shoulder placement did not have rear drive of winner but still provided a good performance.

3rd: ELDRED Bramalodge Amiety at Derdledash

 Minor Puppy Dog (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: ELDRED Derdledash Naughty Neptune- Very much a minor puppy and I would like to see him again in the future , well mark and in good trimming. Good mouth eyes. Enough neck leading into nice should and ribbing. Good hind construction.
2nd: VINE Kasalane Ostiriato to Sea over Cishelvine – Bigger in type than winner shared may of the quality’s however a tad long in the loin. Moved well.
3rd: LAYE Lowcaster The Dude
 

Puppy Dog (3 Entries) Abs: 0
1st:  ORD & AINSLEY Cloudside Sebastian of Marnadee- stood out in the class, and was considers for higher awards in the dog challenge. Good head and eye shape nice muzzle and correct mouth. Lovely neck and shoulder, good for chest and ribbing well sprung. A leave top line held at all times on the move and in stance BPD.
2nd: MOUNTFORD Incordemeo Beetle About – Not as finished as 1 , appealing head, correct bite good top line and spring of rib , covered the ground well coming and going.
3rd:  MAHER Mhargleton Sir Ginger Snaps

Junior Dog (4 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: DEAN Brontillow King of Cups- A well-muscled male who travels across the ground with ease. Good neck leading into a strong toppling good ribbing ratio and nice hind quarter.
2nd: MCCALMONT Silvae Timekeeper- I liked this boy however he was not as settled as 1 on the move. Handsome head good muzzle and mouth. Clean lines through-out.
3rd: MAHER Mhargleton Sir Ginger Snaps
 

Yearling Dog (5 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: DAVIES Atahira Ruffian- A good sized male who is well put together. Strong but not course in head , correct mouth. Lovely neck and shoulders good spring of rib and level top line. Moved well with clean hind movement. Well-muscled and shown in good furnishings . Reserve Dog CC 

2^nd  HUTCHINGS & PRICE Collidach Percy Cute at Samlane- A larger male who has the correct components but is just lacking maturity. Good head well placed shoulders nice keel and feet. Just needs time to mature.
3rd: SMITH Salixian Russian Caravan

Post Graduate Dog (5 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: MATTHEWS Stanegate Billy The Kid with Sonham JW – a stand out figure in this class. Correct head and eye. Good mouth. Nicely placed shoulders leading into a well held leave top line. Strong hind construction. Sound movement coming and going. Presented well.
2nd: TINKER-HALDANE Dollydash Never Enough – Good head and eyes. Nicely placed for quarters and enough ribbing with a good top line. Well-muscled and worked well with his handler.  

3rd:  HUNT Weinacht Larch at Drakkina JW

1st: CARRATHURS Aikton Alexander at Stanegate – A worthy class winner who provides a classic and clean outline. Good head and eye correct bite. Good reach of neck and well laid-back shoulders that travel into a pleasing top line. Correct ribbing ration and spring of rib. He covered the ground well .
2nd: GRAHAM Stanegate Shot in the Dark JW – Another who was presented in lovely coat and condition, He boast a strong but not course head and has a lovely keel. Enough ribbing Moved cleanly.
3rd: SMITH Salixian Eau Rouge
 

Open Dog (5 Entries) Abs: 1
1st: MCCALMONT Ch Silvae Trader- What a dog. His outline is something to behold and once he settled into the class the rest fell into place. A typical hound head that was perfectly furnished. His reach of neck is lovely and this followed up with correct shoulder placement. His ribbing ratio is correct and his top line never dropped. His boast well-made hind quarters and is a power house on the move came into his own during the challenge I could do nothing more than award him the Dog CC and BOB.
2nd: VINE Cishelvine Caught Out Another male who has many qualities to enjoy. Lovely shoulder placement and good spring of rib. His movement is strong and he is well muscled all over.

3rd: CHRISTIE Tannahill Bergen at Decalleigh
  

Minor Puppy Bitch (5 Entries) Abs: 3
1st : MATTHEWS Sonham Saucy Saffron -A raw baby who has some appealing qualities. Lovely head and eye shape. Strong for chest and topline good feet. Just needs more time to settle on the move.
2nd:  ELDRED Derdledash Shining Star- Again another baby who needs time she has a sweet expression and good shoulder placement nice ribbing

Puppy Bitch (5 Entries) Abs: 1
1st : ROWE Boloria Nice'N Spicy – This puppy acted as if she owned the ring. She had so much confidence with the construction to match. Her expression and head are lovely. Good reach of neck and well placed shoulders. Well held topline at all times. Good ribbing and correct length of loin. A strong mover for one so young. She will have a bright future . Reserve Bitch CC, BPB, BPIB and later went BPIS.
2nd: DEAN Brontillow Yan Tan Tethera – good head and muzzle well bodied and muscled for her age. Good outline kept at all times.

3rd: MOUNTFORD Incordemeo My Story

Junior Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: GIBSON Allfreys Cordelia-  well presented girl who has a good head and eye. Correct bite. She has a good keel and tight elbows. Good spring of rib and topline she covered the ground well
2nd: BINKS Tannahill Star Light- A pleasing head and neck. Well placed shoulder and hind quarters. Topline held at all times and covered the ground with ease.
3rd: HOWE Kissdachs Diva at Bramalodge

Yearling Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: HUTCHINGS Collidach Brook Ling – You can do nothing but stare at her. She provides a lovely outline and in stance and on the move her topline was held so strong. Her head is elegant and feminine. She has a lovely flowing neck and correct placed shoulders. Her ribbing is well placed and is well sprung. Good hind quarters that powers her around the ring her movement is clean and she works so well for her handler. Bitch CC

2nd: SMITH Salixian Rose Sencha – Another who holds a good outline. Sweet head. Correct muzzle and bite. Nice for chest and elbows tight feet, Moved well.
3rd: DAVIES Atahira Dolciami

Post Graduate Bitch (10 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: SMITH Windfalls Coco Noire at Salixian (Imp USA) A well muscled bitch that has a good overall outline. She has a sweet head and nice reach of neck good spring of rib and well placed hind quarters and covered the ground well.
2nd: HOWE Bramalodge Billie Jean-  a quality bitch who pushed one , a little longer in loin than winner. Her movement is clean and drives from behind.

3rd: MATTHEWS Wyeknot Come Fly with Me Over Sonham

Limit Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 2
1st:  BINKS Tannahill Day Dreamer- A nice sized bitch that has a pleasing head. Good shoulders and keel. Tight elbows. Her topline flows into good hind quarters that and used to drive her movement. Her overall outline shows her quality.
2nd: MCCALMONT Silvae Sky Dancer- Another quality exhibit from this kennel she has clean lines and good front constriction a tad closer behind than winner.

3rd:  DOWNES & MOORE Megline Bohemian Rhapsody

 

Open Bitch (5 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: ROWE Boloria's Trick or Treat JW – Mother of my RBCC winner and almost took the RCC from her. She has a feminine head and good muzzle. Good reach of neck that flowed into her well placed shoulders. A lovely topline, ribbing and hind quarters her  movement is clean and free. Another who excels for her handler.

2nd: GIBSON Allfreys Helena- a lovely sized girl who showed well for her handler. Sweet head and expression good eye shape and muzzle. Nice ribbing ratio and hind construction. Nice tight feet. Her movement is pleasing and her topline was held at all times.
3rd: MCCALMONT Silvae Fan Dancer
